HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- For seven hours Oct. 24 the base opened its gates to citizens of the Tularosa Basin and beyond so they could see firsthand what Holloman and the Air Force has to offer. Aircraft highlighted during the open house included the F-22A Raptor, MQ-1 Predator, MQ-9 Reaper, F-15 Eagle, B-1 Lancer, CV-22 Osprey, A-10 Thunderbolt, German air force Tornado, Canadian CF-18 Hornet, Tim Weber's Extra 300, Lt. Col. John Klatt's Air National Guard Extra 300, the P-51 Horsemen and a Franklin Beech just to name a few. (U.S. Air Force photo illustration by Master Sgt. Kevin Milliken)

HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Patrons of the 2009 open house look on as the F-22A Raptor taxis after completing it?s aerial demonstration here, Oct. 24. While aerial acts were performed, patrons were able to buy food, drinks, squadron memorabilia and souvenirs.
