Holloman honors African American History Month

Staff Sgt. Erik Holloman, 49th Civil Engineer Squadron non-commissioned officer in charge of execution support, poses for a portrait Feb. 11, 2022, on Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. Holloman helps create detailed maps of different areas on base as well as conducting land surveys. This month is very important for Holloman and he believes it should be important to all Americans, “If it weren’t for the influence and innovation from African Americans America wouldn’t be where it is today.” (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Antonio Salfran)
