HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Col. David Krumm, 49th Wing Commander, presents the 49th Medical Group guidon to Col. William Thomas during a change of command ceremony July 30, 2010. Colonel Thomas is board certified in internal medicine and aerospace medicine, and was elected as a Fellow of the American College of Physicians in 2000. He was selected to attend the Interagency Institute for Federal Healthcare Executives in 2005 and received a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2008 during his residency in Aerospace Medicine.
