If you would like to submit a noise complaint, please gather the following information before you call.
- Your name.
- Your address.
- Your city.
- Your state.
- Your zip code.
- Your home/work telephone number.
- Type of complaint. (low level, sonic boom, etc.)
- Date and time of incident.
- Number of aircraft involved.
- Description of aircraft.
- Heading.
- Altitude.
- Location. (coordinates if available)
- Was there any property damage?
