Tech. Sgt. Brandon Rankin, a 372nd Training Squadron, Detachment 10 technical training instructor, receives the June Top III noncommissioned officer award from Master Sgt. William Wallick, the 54th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron first sergeant, Aug. 2, 2017, at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. During the month of June, Rankin accumulated 112 teaching hours over 14 days of instruction. His efforts led to the early graduation of eight students, sustaining manning requirements for six major commands. Airman 1st Class Brandon Butts, a 635th Materiel Maintenance Support Squadron mobility readiness spare package apprentice, receives the Top III Airman award from Master Sgt. William Wallick, the 54th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron first sergeant, Aug. 2, 2017, at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. Butts helped identify 400 expired items, coordinated with equipment custodians for local disposal, and established replacement items worth $12K. He assisted with the transfer of 40,000 assets between equipment custodians for war plans additive plans requirement.
