King of the Rock brings battle back to Bliss

The 2013 King of the Rock tournament will tip off at 8 p.m. May 31 at Stout Physical Fitness Center’s outdoor basketball courts. Registration is under way now at both Stout and Soto PFCs and is open to active-duty military, family members age 16 and older, retirees, Department of Defense/Department of the Army civilians, and foreign military stationed at Fort Bliss.
