Holloman youth participate in Sideline Sports Camp

Will Hankins, 8, son of Lt. Col. Dawn Hankins, 49th Wing staff judge advocate, catches a lacrosse ball during a Sideline Sports Camp at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., July 13. Hankins was one of more than 20 children of Team Holloman who participated in the camp, which aims to expand each participant’s understanding of non-traditional sports, improve physical fitness, and develop an appreciation for the various sports offered. Each day of the camp, the Sideline Sports instructors introduced a new sport to the participants, including ultimate frisbee, handball, badminton, fencing and lacrosse.
