Works begins on New Mexico Avenue
HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Eric McFarland, a foreman with the Mesa Verde Enterprises Inc., uses a tag stick to mark lines for the construction of a new curb near the Base Commissary June 29, 2010. Before adding a new curbside, a bullnose is drawn to create a concrete bedded edge. Mesa Verde Enterprises Inc. employees will be working on New Mexico Avenue for the next five months in an effort to improve the infrastructure at Holloman.
