Naturalization Ceremony
HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Airman 1st Class Julian Monroy, 49th Operations Group, receives a folded American flag from 49th Fighter Wing command chief, Chief Master Sgt. Gerardo Tapia during a Naturalization Ceremony, March 26, 2010 at Heritage Park. Airman Monroy, originally from Colombia, has served in the U.S. Air Force since April 2009. Since September 2001, more than 53,000 U.S. armed forces members have been naturalized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
