EOD visits Mountain View Middle School

ALAMOGORDO, N.M. -- Master Sgt. Douglas Moore, 49th Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordinance disposal technician, teaches students and faculty from Mountain View Middle School about the ANDROS F6A robot used at Holloman Air Force Base, Nov. 30. The versatile robot is primarily used by EOD technicians to dispose of suspect improvised explosive devices remotely, allowing Airmen to survey a scene without exposing oneself to a potentially hazardous environment.
