TULAROSA, N.M. -- Ed Summerall, president of the American Legion of 108, presents Chief Master Sgt. Jerome Baker, 49th Mission Support Group superintendent, with a certificate of appreciation on Veteran's Day, Nov. 11, at Veteran's Park in Tularosa.
