HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M.--Dr. William Perry, guest speaker, gives a speech during the Sunset Stealth retirement ceremony April 21, 2008, here at Heritage Park. In 1997, Dr. Perry became the undersecretary of defense for research and engineering where he worked on missile and stealth development.
