Lt. Col. Jerod Rick, 54th Fighter Group chief of standardization and evaluation and 1st Lt. Taylor Roberts, a Basic Course student in the 311th Fighter Squadron, prepare to taxi out in an F-16 Fighting Falcon at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., Nov. 13.
