One Military Day - Holloman AFB, N.M.

Senior Airman Joseph Meister, 54th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron avionics journeyman, reprograms avionic equipment in an F-16 Fighting Falcon at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., April 8, 2015. After spending a few years working with nuclear weapons, Meister said he was ready for a change and chose to become a crew chief. “The examples set by those who came before us really keeps me motivated,” said Meister. “My dad and grandpa were both in the military, so they really inspired me to join.
