U.S. Air Force Academy cadets receive F-16 Viper familiarization flights
Blake Harrison, U.S. Air Force Academy cadet, is fitted for a harness by Senior Airman Andrew Ramirez, 54th Operations Support Squadron aircrew flight equipment journeyman, for a familiarization flight Dec. 15, 2021, on Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. Harrison, along with other USAFA cadets, were given familiarization flights in F-16 Vipers to introduce them to the 49th Wing’s mission of training combat ready aircrew.
