Cascadian Farm granola bars recalled Published Oct. 11, 2012 By 49th Medical Group HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- General Mills announced a voluntary recall Oct. 10 of a limited number of Cascadian Farm granola bars containing peanuts. This recall includes six-count boxes of Cascadian Farm peanut butter chip chewy granola bars. No illnesses have been reported in connection with this product. No other varieties or products are affected by this recall. The recalled six-count boxes of Cascadian Farm peanut butter chip chewy granola bars will have the following "Better if Used By" dates printed on the top of the box: ยท Nov 1, 2012 and/or Nov 2, 2012 This product has been identified at the Commissary. Everything in storage has been disposed of; however, some of the boxes on the shelves have already been purchased. The Commissary has identified this and advised that those who purchased the item return it for a refund or replacement.
