UPDATE: Minimum manning declared for Feb. 2 - 4

HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. --  Due to inclement weather, Col. David Krumm, 49th Wing commander, has declared Feb. 2 - 4 will only require key and essential personnel, as decided by unit commanders.

The West Gate and La Luz Gate will also be closed Feb. 2.

Base services may be affected by the minimum manning.
