A student from the Holloman Elementary School aims his egg protected by a box as part of an egg drop science project at the Holloman Air Force Base air traffic control tower here, April 14. The egg drop project challenges students to create a contraption that will keep an egg safe from impact after being dropped from a tall building, in this case, 14 stories. Typically eggs are dropped from the participating school’s roof. Holloman students had the unique opportunity to utilize the air traffic control tower for this project.
