HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Snow falls in front of the 49th Fighter Wing Headquarters Building Dec. 1. The National Weather Service in El Paso, Texas, issued a winter storm warning from noon Nov. 30 to 5 a.m. Dec. 1.
