"Click it or ticket"
HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Capt. Sean Gibbs, 49th Security Forces Squadron, checks the identification of Neal Schoeneberg, military retiree, at the Main Gate, Nov. 13, during a command directed special seat belt check of motorists entering the base.
