STEP it up ... another stripe

Tech. Sgt. Heather Parker, 49th Communications Squadron, was surpirsed Dec. 7 at the 49 CS Christmas party when Brig. Gen. David Goldfein, 49th Fighter WIng commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Marjorie McNichols, 49 FW command chief, drew her name for a raffle. Her prize ... an automatic STEP promotion to technical sergeant.
