Hot refueling
As Senior Airman Kurtis Toycen, 49th Logistics Readiness Squadron, secures a refueling hose, Tech. Sgt. Aaron Cowan, 49th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, locks the single point receptacle of an F-22A Raptor July 23 at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. The team successfully refueled the jet while it's engines were still running, which is a procedure called 'hot refueling.' (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Jamal D. Sutter)
