Holloman and the German Air Force host 18th annual Oktoberfest

Colonel Robert Kiebler, 49th Wing commander, performs the tapping of the keg during the opening ceremony, kicking off the 18th annual Oktoberfest at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., Sept. 12. “It is one team here at Holloman, and we are all in it together,” said Kiebler. “Thank you for hosting and sharing a little bit of German tradition with us.” The German Air Force Flying Training Center welcomed Team Holloman and members of the community to experience this aspect of German heritage, including food, drinks and good company.
