Explosive Ordnance Disposal technicians from the 49th Civil Engineer Squadron monitor a placed explosive while others are prepared at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., Oct. 28. EOD technicians took part in an inaugural blast for a newly opened demolition range on Holloman.
