429th Change of Command
Lieutenant Colonel Richard Wageman, incoming 429th Reserve Air Combat Training Squadron commander, accepts the squadron’s guidon from Col. Brent Caldwell, 726th Operations Group commander, during a change of command ceremony Feb. 12, 2015 at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. During the change of command, Wageman assumed control of the 429 RACTS from Lt. Col. Ryan Ogan. The 429 RACTS supports three regular Air Force formal training squadrons at Holloman with MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 instructor pilots, sensor operators and mission intelligence coordinators.
