Holloman's Commander and Command Chief go hands-on in the lab
Senior Airman Mason Livermore, a 49th Medical Group medical laboratory technician, demonstrates the process of performing chemistry analysis on blood samples at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M, Aug. 19 to Col. Robert Kiebler, 49th Wing commander. Every week the wing commander and the wing command chief make a face-to-face and hands-on visit to different parts of the base to get to know airmen and learn about their contribution to the mission. This week’s trip to the 49th Medical Group was focused on the medical laboratory where they learned about phlebotomy, urinalysis, hematology and chemistry.
