Holloman hosts Battlefield Airman Day

Senior Airman Zakariah Heffner, a 49th Civil Engineer Squadron surveyor, paddles through the swimming portion of a Physical Ability and Stamina Test during a Battlefield Airmen Day at Holloman Air Force Base on Jan. 15. Air Force Special Forces members from Fort Bliss and Holloman facilitated the Battlefield Airmen Day to help Airmen understand the physical and mental readiness that is required for a Battlefield Airman career field. “This is to show them where they stand and what training they need to progress,” said Senior Airman Neiko Guillory, a Tactical Air Control Party member from Fort Bliss, Texas.
