Nominating reason for selection:

Chief Master Sgt. David C. Wade, 49 MXS/MXM

Staff Sgt. March Tighe has run swing-shift in MXS's smallest shop. In that time, he has gained immense expertise in managing rising F-16 metals shop requirements while maximizing expertise on the extensively capable Computer Numerical Control machine. Fortunately for us, he has systematically trained up a number of the shop Airmen to benefit our busy road ahead.
