HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. --  Steve Hale, African American Heritage Association vice president of public affairs, gives an invocation prior to the room dedication, Feb. 3, 2020, in the Ahrens Memorial Library on Holloman Air Force Base, N.M.
