Belvita breakfast biscuits recalled Published Feb. 26, 2013 By the 49th Medical Group HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Mondelez International recently announced a nationwide voluntary recall of Belvita breakfast biscuit products in the apple cinnamon and chocolate varieties due to the possible presence of flexible metal mesh fragments in the products. The company has received a limited number of consumer contacts related to this product and is issuing the recall as a precaution. This recall is limited exclusively to the breakfast biscuits mentioned above. Consumers who have this product should not eat it and should immediately discard any products they may have.
