TMO CUSTOMERS: This includes those personnel contemplating a PCS/Separation/Retirement from this installation and requesting a carrier arranged move, JPPSO-NC (Joint Personal Property Shipping Office North Central) has directed they be provided a 30 day notification from the date we submit the application for Shipment/Storage to them and the date of a pick-up established by you.

Upon receipt of orders or no later than 45 days prior to your desired date of pickup from your residence, you should initiate the documentation/request for shipment through our office. Failure to comply may result in a delay of your departure and utilization of your leave/terminal leave time. The carrier industry is extremely busy and has a shortage of drivers and equipment. JPPSO-NC is experiencing difficulty booking shipments with the carrier industry.

On emergency shipments, we will work with JPPSO-NC; however, even then, you may experience a delay. An individual who has received their orders and waits until the last minute to arrange shipment of their personal property - such action does not constitute an emergency. You may want to consider an alternate method of shipment--a personal procured move (PPM) formerly known by some as a DITY (Do It Yourself) move.

Feel free to visit or contact our office for assistance. We are located in building 222, room 223--contact phone 572-3489.
