The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Integrated Process Team for Spouse Employment and Empowerment is requesting the Airmen & Family Readiness Center distribute the Military Spouse Employment Opportunities with the Federal Government document to obtain feedback from military spouses on whether the document is:

1) Easy to read
2) Understandable
3) If they believe it will be helpful to other spouses regarding federal employment opportunities if disseminated across the Air Force, and
4) Any recommendations for improvement.

This is an initiative toward supporting military spouses by making sure they understand the many ways to secure federal employment. Air Force Personnel and Records has prepared this "plain language" document and is asking for preliminary feedback before it is disseminated across all services. They are asking for as much feedback as possible from their target audience, military spouses.

For a military spouse who'd like to participate, we ask for their response no later than 4 p.m., Feb. 14. They can either drop off their written response to the A&FRC, Bldg 788, beside the Commissary, or e-mail the form or response to A&FRC@holloman.af.mil.
