Upcoming road closures Published Feb. 16, 2010 By 49th Fighter Wing Public Affairs HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Two road closures are scheduled to occur on or around Feb. 23, due to construction on Bong Street and Sabre Road. A temporary bypass will allow access to parking lots on the east side of Bong Street and to the 7th and 8th Fighter Squadron operations, Building 892. Mission critical access to facilities adjacent to Bong Street should be coordinated through the 49th Civil Engineer Squadron. Sabre Road, between Delaware Avenue and the 4th Space Control Squadron complex will close for approximately three months for Phase I repair activities. Detour signs will be posted to reroute traffic.
