Child sports physicals now available for dependants

HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- The 49th Medical Group Pediatric Clinic has announced the availability of sports physicals for pediatric dependents.

Appointment times for sports physicals will be available during normal duty hours (Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) from May 15 through early fall.

Most schools require a sports physical before an athlete is cleared to play. Sports physicals are valid for one year. Anyone with children who will participate in any sports activity is encouraged to contact the Appointment Line at 575-572-APPT (2778) as early as possible to make an appointment.

Please bring any school-specific sports physical form(s) with you to your scheduled appointment.
