Holloman's Top 3 offers scholarship

HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Holloman's Top 3 offers a quarterly essay contest for all technical sergeants and below. Winners will receive a $250 scholarship to assist with college expenses. Essay topics are randomly chosen by the Top 3 Scholarship Committee and pertain to current Air Force events.

"The Top 3 scholarship is put in place to help our Airmen with school," said Master Sgt. Abigael Harmon, Top 3 Scholarship Committee coordinator. "It's important to offer scholarship opportunities to Holloman's Airmen because every bit helps-- whether it's tuition, books, or supplies. I also believe it encourages the Airmen to contribute to their education when there are programs, like ours, available to help out financially."

The next essay topic will be released at the end of the month, and applicants will have until Dec. 30 to turn in their essay, application, and proof of enrollment. Airmen can contact their first sergeant for more information.
