Public Comment Period Extended Published Oct. 8, 2014 By 49th Wing Public Affairs HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- The Air Force has extended the public comment period for the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) and proposed Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) from 8 October 2014 to 15 October 2014. As provided in the Notice of Availability published in September, the Draft EA, proposed FONSI, and appendices, are posted at http://www.holloman.af.mil/environmentalinformation.asp. The EA, proposed FONSI, and associated appendices can also be viewed at libraries in the Thomas Branigan Memorial Library (Las Cruces NM), El Paso (TX) Public Library, and the Alamogordo (NM) Public Library.
