Valentines at Desert Sands

HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. --  Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and with many couples looking for a way to spend the romantic evening together Holloman's Desert Sands Club has provided an option for dinner and a show.

Feb. 14, the Dessert Sands Club will be hosting this romantic evening from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

"With the busy lifestyles of our military personnel, Desert Sands wanted to offer couples a chance to reconnect with a night out," said Billy Curry, Desert Sands Collocated Club manager.

Dinner, which will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., will be a "surf-n-turf" meal with New York style steak and a lobster tail along with sides and a dessert. This will be followed by a comedy show from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The night will cost $60, with a $10 discount for Desert Sand Club members. It is encouraged to make a reservation by Feb. 12 to secure a reservation for you and your significant other.

This event will give members of Team Holloman a chance to take a night to celebrate their love, and rekindle their relationships.
