Members of the 49th Civil Engineer Squadron come together with the Rapid Airfield Damage Repair Modernization training team at Holloman Air Force Base N.M. on June 27 to implement the second part of a four phase training program for runway repair during and after an enemy attack. Mobile training teams will make their way to every Air Force Active Duty, Guard and Reserve installation to teach civil engineers RADR techniques.
