Works begins on New Mexico Avenue
HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Eric McFarland, a foreman with the Mesa Verde Enterprises Inc., uses a tag stick to mark lines for the construction of a new curb near the Base Commissary June 29, 2010. Before adding a new curbside, a bullnose is drawn to create a concrete bedded edge. Mesa Verde Enterprises Inc. employees will be working on New Mexico Avenue for the next five months in an effort to improve the infrastructure at Holloman. Work begins on New Mexico Avenue
HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Alex Moya and Steve Wimsatt, both employees from the Mesa Verde Enterprises Inc., work together to create a bullnose -- a method used for creating a concrete bedded edge -- to expand the curbs leading into the Base Commissary June 29, 2010.
