Holloman wingmen partake in Resiliency Day
HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Cody Jeffries, 49th Materiel Maintenance Squadron, rides through a mountain bike riding course Aug. 19, 2011, during Resiliency Day. Members from Outdoor Recreation set up four different terrain commonly seen when riding a mountain bike to show Airmen what they might encounter when they go on an outdoor adventure off road. Holloman wingmen partake in Resiliency Day
HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. – U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Nathan Phillips, 49th Maintenance Squadron, climbs an indoor rock wall Aug. 19, 2011, at Outdoor Recreation during Resiliency Day. Airmen were also shown techniques on how to boulder up the rock wall and were given the chance to train with climbing shoes, ropes and harnesses used when rock climbing with their wingmen.
