BEAR provides assets to AOR
HOLLOMAN, AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Senior Airman Scottie Owens, 49th Materiel Maintenance Support Squadron, ground guides a 13,000 pound loader carrying nearly 11,000 pounds of AM-2 matting onto a flatbed trailer on Feb. 24. The 49th MMSS is deploying 480,000 square-feet of the matting that will be assembled to create airstrips supporting joint and coalition forces throughout Afghanistan.
