Jesse Murillo, 49th Force Support Squadron fitness director, instructs a participant during a TRX® class Jan. 27, at the Domenici Fitness and Sports Center. The TRX® is an industrial-grade harness of soft nylon webbing that allows users to safely suspend their bodies and employs the user's bodyweight in a variety of positions and at different resistances, which creates a total-body work out that delivers strength, flexibility and core stability all at once.

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Dayne Griffiths and Jair Mendoza Vargas, Holloman Varsity Soccer team members, hold up the Copper Cup Tournament championship trophy Jan.16, after the Raptors defeated the Arizona-based Flagstaff Ravens 2-0 in the championship match. Eighteen members of the Holloman community, including members from both the German Air Force and the U.S. Air Force, traveled seven hours to compete in the tournament that fielded 59 teams in multiple divisions. HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Tech. Sgt. Derrick Lee, 49th Logistics Readiness Squadron, reads a poem entitled “I Too Sing America,” Jan. 18, 2012, during the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Remembrance Day luncheon.
