This year Operation Kids Investigating Deployment is scheduled for May 13, at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. Operation K.I.D. will begin with a recall for children to report to the Youth and Teen Center to start their deployment at 7 a.m. Sign up for Operation K.I.D. by May 3rd by calling the Youth and Teen Center at 572-3753 or the Airman and Family Readiness Center at 572-7754. Operation Kids Investigating Deployment is back at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., scheduled for May 13. Operation K.I.D. gives children an inside look at what their parents go through when called to deploy. The children will experience a recall, deployment line, “Base X,” and welcome home.
