Chief's Choice award March 2010
HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- The Chief's Choice Award for the month of March 2010 went to Master Sgt. Karsten Klock, German Air Force Flying Training Center Line Maintenance Group. Sergeant Klock was nominated by Chief Master Sgt. Wolfram Kindervater, the GAFFTC command chief, for being professional and competent in his job, and a role model to all Airman. Sergeant Klock hails from Remels, Germany, and joined the German air force in July 1990. This is his second tour to Holloman and he has been here for three years. Sergeant Klock said his inspiration in life and at work comes from his parents, who have taught him to work as hard as possible and help when he can. AF Reserve sponsors Monster Jam
EL PASO, Texas -- Reservists from the 44th Fighter Group at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., and recruiters from Texas, Georgia and Nevada, handed out nearly 20,000 pieces of Reserve recruiting material, March 6, 2010 during the Monster Jam Pit Party at the Sun Bowl Stadium.
