Coalition brings smile to Iraqi family

Zaenab recently underwent cleft lip and palate reconstruction at the Air Force Theatre Hospital, April 29. Zaenab, 2, runs to and from her father, Juma Flalih Husayn, after a successful cleft lip and palate operation at Air Force Theatre Hospital in Joint Base Balad, Iraq, April 29.
