Culinary students visit Holloman AFB

A culinary student from a local high school learns how to prepare a tortilla wrap at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., May 8. The students visited the Shifting Sands Dining Facility to learn how the military plans, prepares and serves thousands of meals a day to its personnel.
