Airman Richelle Esperanza, 49th Force Support Squadron career development supervisor, poses at the Military Personnel Flight at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., Feb 15. Esperanza works in the career development section as a career development supervisor and is responsible for managing promotion programs and all of the Unfavorable Information Files for the installation. For her outstanding work in her duty section, she was honored as the 49th FSS Airman of the second and third quarters and of the year.
