Michael Pekarek, member of the Gateway Brass, the brass ensemble of the United States Air Force Band of the West, plays the French horn during their performance at the Flickinger Center for Performing Arts in Alamogordo, N.M., Oct. 12. The ensemble is comprised of two trumpets, French horn, trombone, tuba and percussion.
