Timothy Hale, New Mexico Department of Veterans’ Services cabinet secretary, accepts a plaque from Col. James Krajewski, 49th Material Maintenance Group commander, during the Prisoner of War and Missing in Action recognition ceremony, held at Heritage Park on Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. Sept 21. Hale, a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, was the guest speaker at the ceremony, which paid tribute to those individuals who ‘gave all’ and those who were held captive while serving their country.
