The HAWC has an eye for health and fitness

HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Shannan Bergtholdt, the Health Promotion Program Manager at the Health and Wellness Center, stands in front of a Bod Pod Jan. 25. The Bod Pod is used to calculate a persons body mass index. BMI is a method used to establish an individuals weight classification by determining the body’s fat percentage.
